A factory for course production.
One person runs the shop. Two AI tools work the line. Hard gates keep the work honest before any file ships.
Why we built it.
Course teams keep solving the same problem the slow way. SMEs draft. Designers reformat. Reviewers stall. Six months later, the program ships with the standards from last year.
Curriculum Builder turns that cycle into a factory. One brief. One source of truth. Six formats out the door at once.
One boss, two staff.
Three roles, one workflow. Each role does what it does best and stays out of the others' way.
Boss: writes the prose
Holds the pen on every word that ships. Routes work. Enforces voice rules. Signs off on every deliverable.
Researcher: reads the long stuff
Ingests source PDFs, codes, and standards. Returns fact tables with citations. Never writes final copy.
Engineer: runs the build scripts
Compiles PDFs, slides, worksheets, and the live course site. Pushes files over SFTP with safety gates.
The product is the gates.
Speed alone is not the win. The gates make the speed safe.
- Voice rules. Active voice. Short words. Short sentences. No jargon, no filler, no marketing fluff. Every line gets edited before it ships.
- WCAG 2.2 AAA. 7:1 body contrast. Captions on every video. Reading level checked on every page. Failures block the deploy.
- Tech accuracy. Codes, voltages, safety rules, dosages, and dollar figures get a second-AI fact check against primary sources before they leave the module folder.
- Deploy safety. Every SFTP push prints the remote path and asks for operator confirmation on a first-time course. Bad deploys never overwrite the wrong site.
Pilot phase.
The first live build is the ACME Low Voltage L1 course for first-year apprentice electricians. Six modules. All six formats. Deployed to coursesdesigner.com with the live AI tutor wired in.
We pick the next pilots by fit, not by quota. If your training is regulated, time-sensitive, or stuck in a slow review cycle, we want to hear from you.
